1. Month-to-Month Autonomy
All paid subscriptions on PostBuffer are billed on a recurring 30-day basis in INR, processed directly through Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically unless paused or canceled before the start of the next cycle.
2. Refund Conditions
We stand behind our product. If you forgot to cancel your subscription or feel you didn't get value from the service, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment by contacting us at hello@postbuffer.com.
Refunds are processed immediately and usually reflect back on your card statements within 5-10 business days.
3. Downgrades and Cancellations
You can downgrade to our free version at any time. When you cancel or downgrade, your advanced features will remain active until the end of your prepaid billing period, at which point no further transactions will be initiated.
